Morning Ozbargainers,

Happy Easter to all. It has been a difficult period for all of us trying to assemble a decent / valuable machine, with inflated price on RAM and SSD, and shortage of chipset with graphic cards and such, we do whatever we can to stock and bundle the components, to insure we can all be happy about our build.

For the fresh start of second quarter of 2021, we like to offer the RTX3060Ti build, spec as below:

We have about 20 units of these in stock only, we are not sure when the next batch of graphic cards can be stock in.

Every purchase you make with Virco, you will receive a 1% rebate added to your total purchase amount and saved into your account (excluding shipping and fees). For example, if your total purchase is $1000 worth of item(s) then you will receive $10 worth of points you can spend next time you visit us.

To help out with the prices a bit, for the month of April 2021, the above build comes with a bonus 5000 point Virco Point (equivalent to AU$50.00), that is on top of original allocated points ($1/point).

On the top:

        Thanks

  • Is it possible to just buy the RTX 3060 Ti?

    • +4

      not possible at all.

We bundle so much motherboard for one unit of graphic card….

      • Hi Virco

    • don't think so. point of this deal is pre-built pc.

    • buy this take the 3060ti out, put your old gpu in, on sell it.

      • +1

If you really want to, you can request of not assemble the GPU for the system. We can ship the full box to you.

This seems as good a deal as any at the moment for a system with an NVIDIA card aimed at 1440p gaming. Shame that's a really expensive market right now but appreciate your effort.

The only 'bargain' at the moment is Techfast's RX 6700 XT system, and once that is out of stock I don't think Techfast's 3070 deal is any better then this 3060Ti deal, particularly with virco's greater willingness to customise.

  • Sorry I'm a total noob … is this any good in terms of value for mid-level gaming?

    • +1

In the current market, this is about the only way you can get a current gen gpu without auctioning off your kidney or competing with bots. 3060Ti is very good for mid-level gaming and works well for 1440p. Buying a prebuilt is the easiest way to get one of the current gen graphics cards, so if you factor in ease of purchase, this build is pretty good value

    • +1

      It's ok given current pricing/availability.

As I alluded to above the only really good deal at the moment is this one:
      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/611574
I would get them to upgrade the case and, if not wanting to do your own upgrades, to the 1TB M.2 [NVMe] SSD for $99 under 'operating system ssd'. Others may reasonably want to upgrade more (motherboard and/or power supply) but techfast upgrades get a bit pricey.

With techfast you'll need to wait a few weeks for them to build it. With virco it'll be days instead.

    3060ti in stock..tasty

  • if it was $1500 inc Delivery I would get this

    • +3

If it was free inc delivery, I'd get it.

  • This deal is better with voucher

  • Can testify to the quality of virco products. Recently bought the A447A and I'm loving every second of it. Cable management is 10/10 and the build took a couple of days.

On a side note, how do upgrades work? I didn't opt for water-cooling on my build but now I realise I need it. Would you guys still assemble if I provided the aio?

    • Bring it back, we can assemble it for you

      • Alright, will do! Could I bring in my own water cooler? It's the same one as the upgrade but I don't feel confident doing it myself

        • for the liquid cooling upgrade, we include the assemble cost for it.

Normally we charge $50 or above for liquid cool assembling depends with the spec and the complexity of the build.

I’d rather support Titan Tech. If you know the background.. you’d think twice about supporting Virco.

    • Not sure what you trying to express here, but for Virco, we don't owe customer their order, we build, and we delivered.

Other company may have reputation for their own financial incapabilities that result of dragging customers order.

Any questions regarding the order, you may contact us through [email protected], or phone us +61292123419, or visit us at Shop T15, 730-742 George Street, Sydney.

That wasn't my personal experience with virco but I've never heard about their background, would you mind sharing?

Hi OP, I bought 4, how many Virco Point do I get?

      • I choose the 1st of April bonus pls, i call your 60ti vs 3070!
Someone is trying to take advantage.
