    Yes, the bank is only interested in the minimum spend eligibility. No issues with Amex offers.

  Thanks OP. Ordered one for tomorrow with free delivery and 20% off from restaurant.
  I was surprised that you cannot order for 2 or 3 days later but have to be next day.
