Samsung galaxy watch 46mm 4g , as been $24 cheaper at jbhifi before but sold out and looks like it's one of the only place with stock , all the other places I can find are open boxes .the watch is so worth it and be able to go for a run and stream Spotify without the need to carry a phone is unreal, love mine

    So far it’s been really good. Got updates to me gear s2 for 3 years after I purchased. Seemingly much better than wearos support.

      Yap got a new update for this watch recently. Makes it a fair bit smoother for me. Battery life has been consistently 3 days.

    The LTE version gets the updates last (assuming this has to do with ensuring that you can actually call).

    This watch came out on the 8th August 2018, since then Galaxy watch 2 and 3 are out (along with the Active series), so I was kind of not expecting any more updates for this one, but was surprised last month..

    Also, bought mine in March 2019, noticed a few weeks ago that the speaker was no longer working, about 2 weeks out of 2 year warranty, they fixed it… new main board, new speaker, new battery, new back cover…. dropped it off Easter Sunday, got a message on Tuesday it was ready to pick up

  Gen 1…wouldn't recommend with all the other offerings out there atmive had it for few years…it's slow, sluggish, not much internal space.

  Time for an upgrade me thinks

    Slow and sluggish? compared to what? From what I've heard, tizen runs a lot better than watchOS

    I've got this for a bit over a year now, still has a week-long battery that is unmatched with samsungs newer offerings. Though I don't need much from a smartwatch, it is mainly a notification machine with basic health tracking

    This isn't truly their gen 1 offering btw, more like 4th

    Versa 2 is only 199. On special that is. I got one a couple of weeks ago. So wait until it is reduced again. Do you mean the new Versa 3 which is $399.

  Love my Samsung Active 2 (different watch, same OS as post). But man does Bixby suck. Like really really really suck. If you're at all interested in voice commands using Bixby, read the reviews.

    Yeah but for how much… the 3 is between 649, 699 or 799 LTE version. Bit more than 348. Unless you mean wait for the 4 and hope the 3 is reduced by 50%. Which I don’t think you do as you mention the features of the 4.
