During the 15 hour promo, 25% cashback for Boozebud is capped at $25 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 9am to 11:59pm AEST 15/04/2021.

    The only issue I found is when using a 20% code, it didn't fully stack if anything had a discount on it already.

    So i assume even if you're a new user, but buying wine with 15% off already…you won't get the 10% off.

    Just wondering do you guys all get email confirmation from amex after using the amex 15% order? I used twice but yet to receive any confirmation. Cashrewards tracking email came through immediately.

          i got for both amex offers each boozebud order

          just did a 3rd order for a friend through his cashrewards account and got the 15% amex + shopsmall emails too so definitely you can use for the same shop to get 15% from amex multiple times.

      I didn't get the email confirmation from Amex either. Went on the online chat and they reassured me it was a valid transaction and will eventually come through.

        Tracking is not an issue. Mostly all transactions get tracked, it’s whether they will honour the CB or not.

    Flor de Cana 18 Years Old Rum - zero burn. just a warm nicely sweet treat. the 12 yr old is great too but sadly not 10% off.

    Boozebud have emailed me to say that this offer of 25% is only for new customers. I have challenged that statement. I also have a record of the chat conversation with Milly, their suppor person, prior to placing the order. There was no reference to any such restriction. Has anyone else experienced this?

      Not being"new" I didn't expect to get the 10% off, but no they don't mention that as a requirement for the 25% cashback. When they mention what a new customer is one has to assume they were clarifying new user offer, not 25%.
      Let us know how it goes, hoping this goes through, or their drive for "never again" users will be quite successful

          I assume boozebud usually has a special cash back for new customers. I assume these are the same special terms that usually apply, but are irrelevant for this promo.

    I'm still getting the runaround from Boozebud. They now claim that it is up to Cashrewards to decide who gets the 25% and that has nothing to do with Boozebud. Totally misleading conduct that needs to be investigated. I now understand why so many people are becoming disillusioned with Shopback, Cashrewards.

      The offer was 25% cash back to members.

      We got tracking confirmations by email equal to 25% back.

      Today the offer has reverted to

      New Customers - Beer, Wine, Cider, Premix 5.00%
      New Customers - Spirits 4.00%
      Return Customers - Beer, Wine, Cider, Premix 2.80%
      Return Customers - Spirits 1.50%

      And the special conditions remain the same.

      You will get your cash back. No investigation is needed.

    Mine didn't track but the clickthrough was recorded and Cashrewards are looking into it.
