    "We have investigated and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the Cashback along to you.

    That said, we know how frustrating missing Cashback can be, and will now take additional steps to appeal on your behalf directly with Pizza Hut.

    Please allow us some time for this to happen, this process can take up to 45 days depending on how fast we hear back from Pizza Hut."

        Yes - used CC. From the comments on that post, seems like several others got the same message. Meanwhile, Cashrewards tracked my CB from this deal within seconds. Real shame what Shopback has come to.

          Past 2 on both Cashrewards + Shopback using CC didn't track, although Cashreward the other day using PayPal worked fine. Might try today using PayPal and see if it tracks.
