What will stop me getting my cashback
- Cashback is eligible only on nbn & mobile services (excludes eSIMs). Cashback is ineligible on Bundle deals and on all other products & services.
- For nbn purchases, cashback is eligible for new or returning dodo customers. A new or returning dodo customer is someone that is no longer a dodo customer and currently has no active nbn service with them. You must activate your nbn service and remain a dodo customer for at least 90 days after placing your nbn order to be eligible for cashback.
- Orders must be completed wholly online, and not negotiated via phone/chat etc.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
- If purchasing both an nbn service and mobile service, this must be done as two separate transactions in order to receive cashback on each individual service. Signing up to more than one product in a single transaction may cause tracking to fail.
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
