  • Is this tasty coffee?

    • Very! Our coffee is locally roasted in Bendigo on a weekly basis. Tasting notes include chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, giving it a Nutella essence. We recommend having it as a long black or double-shot latte. Enjoy!

No one ever does decaf specials. I get that it’s not real coffee but some of us aren’t allowed to drink the one with the caffeine.

    • Hi MrsJones, Sorry that this sale doesn't include Decaf. We appreciate your feedback and have taken this on. Keep your eyes peeled for our next sale, we'll do our best to roast enough decaf for it.

Decaf needs love too we agree :)

    • A bun in the oven?

    • This special includes decaf: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/617081

  • Ordered, thanks OP

    • Thanks fmckenzie!

  • Have you changed from undercover roasters to Brewhouse?

    • Brewhouse is owned by Undercover Roasters :)

  • Hey Op,

What's the roast date on these puppies?

    • The House Blend for sure!

  • Hey OP, who do you use for delivery? Trying to gauge shipping time to Perth..

    • We use a company called Shipit

  • Hey OP, filling a cart now, what's in both the Chai Teas (ingredients)?

    • Arkadia Chai: Sugar, Glucose Syrup Solids, Vegetable Fat, Maltodextrin, Flavours, Instant Tea (3.5%), Milk Solids, Stabilisers (340, 451, 452), Emulsifiers (471, Soy Lecithin), Salt, Anticaking Agent (551).

Chai Spice: sugar, skim milk powder, dextrose, tapioca syrup, vegetable oil solids, tea extract, sodium caseinate, natural spice extracts (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger, anise) phosphates (E340), emulsifier (E471) anticaking agent (E551)

  • Hi Op. any recommendations for beans to make flat white? Thanks

OP feel free to correct me.

      Soon my friend, soon!

  • Recommended for aeropress?

    • I'd recommend our Kenya single origin!

  • Bought one.

    • You rock! Enjoy :)

  • Hey undercoverroasters,

I am looking to buy a roasted coffee without any "notes", and I use a drip filter. Which ones from your store would you recommend? Thanks.

Edit: Or it might just be that I am misunderstanding what the notes mean. I simply want good quality arabica beans without any added flavours or such, medium roasted and ready for my filter. I'll wait for your recommendation. Thank you.

    • +2

Coffee has particular flavours when you roast them, they're not artificially added.

Kinda like how whisky has particular flavour notes.

  • I prefer a darker roast, normally going for the darkest roast available from my local roastery. How dark are your roasts and is there a particular dark roast of yours you could recommend?

    • We recommend the Kenya single origin for a darker roast.

  • Thanks. Picked up a kg.

    • Fantastic!

  • How are the beans for a cold brew?

    Thanks!

    • House blend is good for a cold brew! However, I'd recommend the Peru single-origin for a bit more punch.

  • Keen to try but any chance I can place to order now but be delivered 2 weeks later?
Just bought a new bag yesterday

  • just picked some up, looking forward to it!

    • Awesome!

      • Any idea when the beans will ship?

  • Thanks OP, great deal. Ordered the House Blend to try. Hopefully it works well as a cappuccino

  • It will! Enjoy!!

  • Hey OP, would the house blend be good for cappucinos? Thanks.

    • Yes - good for cappucinos!

    Hi All,

Due to an overwhelming response from ozbargainers, we have had to make the conscious decision to end the sale at 12pm midday today.

As mentioned in the post, the sale was due to expire when stock ran out. This is now the case.

We sincerely apologize to those who missed out and will do our best to produce a similar sale sometime in the near future.

With all current orders, please allow 3-10 business days for shipping.

Thank you all so much for your support.

    • For what it's worth that's absolutely the right choice. I think you guys ran a coffee promo once and got slammed by the demand. It's great to see a vendor learn from experiences and make the experience better for ozbargainers.

      • You're a legend misterpotatomato ! Thank you so much for understanding. We really appreciate your comment.

  • Thanks OP, ordered 1 kg.
Trying to ration myself to slow down coffee induced brain shrinkage (might be too late though : )

  • Hey mate. Just wanted to check if these beans are sustainably farmed. I usually buy my beans from Market Lane Coffee for that reason but would be more than happy to try your beans out if they are!

    • Yes they are. We source fresh green beans from all over the world, with an emphasis on coffee that is ethically grown, hand-picked, and carefully processed.

We source our beans through Condesa Co Lab. Read more about them here: https://www.condesacolab.com.au/about-us/

      • That's awesome! Thanks a lot :) Will definitely make an order once my current batch of beans run out.

        • Too late😥 wrong part of my coffee cycle.

  • Bugger missed out as I wasn’t sure which blend to grab and pondered for too long! Will definitely jump on it next time

  • Op Great to hear you were overwhelmed with OzB support. Personally I missed out but definately keen to try some next time you list here.

  • +1

    Hey guys
I was hoping to get the deal on the weekend and missed out. When do you think you’ll have this promo again? Keen to try out.

  • Time for a single-origin sale then :)

  • ah well this could work out for the better. Still got a couple of bags of coffee to try (courtesy of OzB specials cheap enough to have a go lol), so if it's on again later less sitting aroung aging before I get to them!

  • Good result, but for those too slow to the pulse miss out. Hope for another deal soon before another bargain comes along 😆

  • What is the recommended recipe for this blend i.e. in/out ratio for the sweet spot.

    • 1:1.5 -1:2
      18-20g
      36-40ml
      28-32 seconds.

  • Ordered their coffee on website. Took 2 weeks to arrive despite the fact that I am in Victoria and the coffee tastes terrible. Bad experience
