I have the double-barrel shotgun. Limited edition from Toys R Us. This does the most damage..

  • there seem to be a lot of problems with the firing mechanism but there are some diy fixes if you google them

got 1 for my nefhew, this one isnt bad. Havnt had it jamm on full auto yet. :)

  • A guy at work bought one in at Christmas and we had some fun playing with it. lost a lot of ammo though behind desks/shelves etc … so would be a good idea when getting this to source more ammo / chain etc … anyone know a good place for cheap resupplies?

Yer or it might be an explosive decoy and you die :(

        • Get a support buddy to drop an ammo pack

shut up and take my money

  • Vulcans are AWESOME!

  • Lucky the Vulcan I purchased from fishpond for $37 hasn't came yet due to a "temporary delay in sourcing the item". I'm going to cancel that order and purchase this instead =)

  • err, should read posts first lol

I've got the Stampede. Its a much more reliable gun than this if you want a battery powered automatic nerf gun.

    • Agreed, the Stampede is more reliable, and more versatile as it takes clips and is easy to carry.

Without a mod it is back heavy, but when modded it balances well in the hands.

  • ..6 D batteries..cheapest place to find these?

      • Note that D batteries have 20x or so the charge of an AA battery, so doing so will make the gun lighter, but last 20 shorter.

That being said, it's like a 1000 clips worth of shots.

red dot has 2pk D batteries for $2 each

    • kmart has some no-name D's at $10 for 6 pack.

I've seen brand name ones for $1 each, why pay so much for no-names.

Nice addition to my collection. I already have one of these, has lasted me a few years. Plus CS-18 and 3 X CS-35 which I just use the 35 dart hoppers from. Which local Toy Kingdom has for $34.99.

  • Thanks! Got one!!

  • i make darts at home. 100 for $25. the more you buy the cheaper ;)

  • Costco has a 12 pack of Duracell D's for $20, or you can just go for the cheapo Toys R Us branded ones at $1 each. Thanks for putting this one up, the Vulcan was sorely missing from my arsenal (I mean, my son's arsenal) and being clear and ugly is a good excuse to give it a custom paint job.

Better to get rechargeable AAs with D adaptors. Cheaper and you would not have to lug around 6D batteries in a nerf gun fight.

  • Price gone up to $40?

    • It was a one day deal - guess this will have to be added to your "missed on OzBargain" list

  • The raider cs-35 is a better unit, good capacity, rapid fire when needed
    and no batteries

  • Got mine today! ^^

    • ditto, removed the barrel, made an infini-belt, and modded the darts
