Very few restaurants available in my area, and most of them have delivery price above $7… can get better deals without the coupon from restaurants using menulog drivers…
Pick the order up. It will also stack with any restaurant offers if they are doing 10% off, $20% off etc. and you can also preorder for tonight or tomorrow. Plus the $5 / $10 off with $30 Spend AmEx offer you can work towards (the $30 spend can be over multiple orders).

On the listing page you will see 'Delivered by Restaurant' or 'Delivered by Menulog'.
The code will only work at the restaurants that say 'Delivered by Restaurant', however you don't need to actually order delivery, pick up is fine too.

I saw a comment in one of these saying Menulog have no drivers and service is poor these days. I ignored that warning to save a couple $$ on delivery. No driver was assigned for close to an hour and a half and you can't even cancel your order unless you speak to someone. Not worth it will stick with Deliveroo in future
Will never use them again, didn't recieve a dish and support has not responded for over a week now. In comparison, when similar happened with Ubereats & Deliveroo, they responded & credited within a day or two.
have you tried their live chat? i actually find them more easier to contact them. Although menulog always seems to give refund if order was wrong, or $5 voucher for missing items.
I also experienced similar; ordered Indian with last week's deal. Found a strand of super long hair in the chicken tikka and lodged a complaint to Menulog. Haven't heard anything since, contacted them again and was fobbed off saying escalations team will look into it.
