Yes as per the above comment.

  • can existing Boost customer use this ?

    • Port out to Optus/Voda and port back in to avail this offer.

      • Do you know how long you have to port out before you can get back to Boost? With Kogan as I have experienced it's 30 days.

        • I did it a while ago but remember reading off people's comments here that with Optus you can port out and port back in the next day.

    • Previous deals mention speaking with Customer Service Rep and getting credit manually applied.

    • +3

Just be wary that you are not getting a worse off deal with this one.

      I notice that this is 30GB + 120GB Bonus.

What happens after one year with this plan? Do you only get 30Gb?

I am happy with my 80Gb with no bonus and just renewed it

      • I want to know that too … I am on the same boat and deciding whether I should buy that and do port out/back in.

      • Having said that, from their FAQs:

Can I stay on my old plan?

No. We’ll be progressively updating all our customers to our latest plan.

This update will be automatic – you don’t need to do a thing and your service will not be disrupted during the update. We’ll let you know at least 30 days before your update will occur and keep you informed of its progress.

        I am confused.

  • Had a poor experience with Boost where I couldnt receive calls from other Telstra network mobiles - they would get Call Failed and would show up as missed call on my phone despite never ringing.

Despite 4-5 attempts at dealing with their technical service department via text chat(only option) and being told the issue had been sorted several times, it remained.

At end of my contract ported back to Aldi and havent had a problem since - go figure as they also use the Telstra network.

  • Thanks op. missed out on last deal and my current boost prepaid is about to run out in a week
