    If you have a few dollars extra, go some something else. I bought a 500GB version and immediately regretted. The writing speed dropped to below 30MB/s after the SLC cache exhausted.

        I had an ancient pc with 500 GB MX500 and it was zippy.Then i got a new Ryzen3700x PC from Techfast which had the OS on the 1 TB BX500 and I thought it was weirdly laggy.I was like WTF?

        I cloned the BX500 to the MX500 and made the MX 500 as my primary and lo and behold the PC became blazing fast.

        Dont even touch this crap. You have been warned.

    dont touch Crucial if you are doing Chia. Basically, TBWs of their SSDs were almost always set at a very low value so that you will lose your warranty within days if you use them for Chia plot temp drives.

    NVMe and M.2 are not equal.
    NVMe uses M.2 interface, but SATA does also.

  I thought all SSD were all the same until i saw the "EW" comment above. lol.
  But toms hardware comments below say you can get faster SSD for a couple dollars more.
