MSI RTX 5070Ti GAMING SHADOW 3X OC Graphics Card $1427 Delivered @ Gamer Tech

66

Hi OzBargainers,

In my last post a lot of comments mentioned they were unimpressed by the 5060 and that people were holding out for the RTX 5070 Ti price points. We heard you, and we’ve done our best to squeeze the price down on this one.

It may not be the very cheapest 5070 Ti on the market, but if you’re after MSI specifically, this might hit the taste buds of some of you looking for a deal on that brand.

MSI RTX 5070 Ti Gaming Shadow 3X OC 16GB
Was $1449, now $1405 + delivery (flat $22) at Gamer Tech.

• Model: MSI RTX 5070 Ti Gaming Shadow 3X OC
• Memory: 16GB GDDR6X
• Warranty: 3 years
• Shipping: Aus wide (flat $22)

Strong option for 1440p ultra and very reasonable 4K performance

We’re still new to OzBargain, but that doesn’t mean you need to go easy on us. As always, let us know if we’ve missed the shot, and what else you’re holding out for. Hopefully this one lines up a bit better with what some of you were waiting for.

Idk, since there is no pickup option and delivery is a flat $22, I feel like you should be advertising this as $1427 delivered.

This exact model seems to be available for $1409 delivered currently (or $1404 with the $5 visa discount): https://www.amazon.com.au/MSI-Graphics-256-bit-Extreme-Perfo…

And I personally wouldn't pay ~$120 extra for a better model/brand, in the end it's the same silicon.. e.g. https://www.centrecom.com.au/pny-geforce-rtx-5070-ti-overclo… is still available for $1289 delivered.

      Definite two fair calls.
We’re still finding our feet on OzBargain, so thanks for keeping us honest! Hopefully we can line up something sharper (or at least more tempting) next round.

I don't think anyone on ozb cares about brand more than price so I don't know if that's the best angle to come in at. Also, most of us are well aware of tools like pgrid to easily check prices.

Hope this helps and good luck for your future deals! :)

Some absolutely do care about brand over price. I know not everyone does of course, but some of us do want a specific brand / model for whatever reason. When i was looking at 5090s, I was set on an Astral even though its a rip off compared to pretty much any other card on the market, but it was the only model that included per pin power monitoring on the 16 pin power connector. Some models also include better coolers which means less noise while gaming which many people will prioritise.

    • Btw, is PNY a worse brand than MSI for GPUs?

I know PNY did some professional lines of quadro GPUs.

I currently have a PNY 4080 super verto oc and haven't had any issues with it, the design is pretty simple but it performs pretty well and is kept relatively cool

Too high, we have had two deals recently with 5070ti's going sub-$1300. This is not a good price.

Wait for the upcoming black friday sales.

I got the PNY one the other week. Works well.

    Bad deal

Going to need to beat the current cheapest 5070ti with free delivery at $1279

  • +3

Definelty missed the shot. Seeing as this goes head to head with the 9070xt and that is heading below $1100. I wouldnt pay anymore than $100 over that.

Also leaving delivery out of the price is bad juju

valid points! Appreciate the honest feedback

Fair call on the delivery too, lesson learned, I’ll make sure it’s clear in the title next time. Still finding our aim here on OzBargain, but I’ll keep trying to line up something closer to what you guys are holding out for.

    Cheaper options available

  • +5

It may not be the very cheapest 5070 Ti on the market

Sorry, you got on the wrong platform, this is OZB, getting the best bargains!!

    • +5

Agreed. This is OzBargain not OzAdvertising.

  • +1

Appreciate the deal, but as you can see, the appetite for higher tier cards on OzBargain is pretty low given much extra you pay and how very little extra you get for your money.
So any future deals on GPU have to be the bottom end models or higher end models significantly approaching the lower end card price

  • 1427? Nah, I’ll just tape two 3060s together with duct tape.

Palit is sub $1,300 and unlike MSI actually bothered to use dual ball bearing fans. This is a hard sale.
