  random question / thread hijack. I'm looking for a HDMI 2.1 cable(s) with a very 'short' connector.

  Basically my receiver is in my fireplace and the distance at the back is almost 0… putting a lot of stress on the cable with many splitting sheaths over time.

    Seems like this is exactly what you need! Unless you can get a right angle connector - which seem to be just as chunky

    Maybe try searching for "FPV HDMI", something like this

    I don't know if there's any 2.1 out there but that'll be the tightest angle available

      You're on the right track there, the other possibilty is ribbon cable hdmi. Weaker but bendier and most importantly thinner.
