  Be careful with ordering multiple units from this shop.

  I ordered 3x to save on postage and only received one. No communication from Smoothsales at all and ended up with a refund from the bank since I wouldn’t have ordered one only!

  What courier service is used for delivery? Since no delivery to PO Boxes, I assume AusPost isn't used. Several courier companies are just not worth the hassle, hence knowing whom delivery company is before buying.

    We actually use predominantly Australia Post on orders under 1.5KG.

    In the cases we need to use couriers, we require an address that isn't a PO Box.
