Minelab Go-Find Metal Detectors 22 $119.97, 66 $239.97(40% off) Delivered @ QBD

70

From my limited research Go-Find is the beginner model minelab - lightweight and easy to use so good for the family. QBD has a great price vs other distributors e.g 66 is $239 vs $399 @ BCF or $369 Amazon. 22 is $119 vs $199 elsewhere. 66 has more features and larger coil than 22..

  • We got my son one of these. We found a faux roman coin in a local sports field with it. Seems to work ok.

    • Cool - which model did you get him?

GoFind 20…it was $159 at the time from BCF.

        Guess that's the old model.

What did you do today, honey?
I bought a metal detector from a bookstore.

Haha - online bookstores that branch into other products will never succeed :)

  • Still contemplating this one - but worth noting I can't see any reason why the 4.20% Shopback/Cashrewards cashback wouldn't apply also.

  • Didn't need, but bought 🤦🏻‍♂️ always wanted one though but all the decent ones seem to be 2k+ so I figure this might be a good way to see if it's something I'm really interested in!

Also shipping is free (at least for the 66 model which is the one I just bought)

  • where can you buy carry cases for these?

If anyone hasn't seen Detectorists yet I'd highly recommend. It has 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and first two seasons are on Netflix.

It's a top show if you like your humour subtle and gentle. I think Season 3 is on iView (it was a few months back)

    • Excellent suggestion! I really recommend if you like self-deprecating British humour.
