This is another drop shipping business here on ozbargain using BIG words about traditions and Australian owned business bla bla bla BS…..
They say shipping takes 15 days who trust you guys also your T&C and all the rest show you got no idea about Australian business Laws.
No physical address even no PHONE number and you pretend me to do an online bank transaction with you? How arrogant!

Hmmm. Seems Davies Coop & Co was bought out by Bradmill (who owned the Speedo, King Gee, Stubbies brands, among others). Bradmill was bought out by Entrad. The Linter Group Ltd then bought Entrad. The Linter Group then went bankrupt under very shady circumstances. The individual brands were liquidated to pay off the huge debts, the CEO disappeared (founds some years later living in Poland).

Exacto may have begun as an Australian brand, but its roots are long gone in that regard.

Very interesting article from the Bulletin here:

Taking a look at all of this & the site, it doesn't pass the sniff test for me. I wouldn't touch it with a barge poll.

Domain registered for less than 90 days, Whois info on domain returning a hotmail account , with an ABN tied to a consulting firm that isn't even registered for GST, to a women about whom I can find no information about online to verify her existence, business credentials, background, nor any state or ASIC business registration corresponding with her name, ABN or business name.

As it stands, under the .auDA rules the registration is invalid (no surprise for a domain registered using Crazy Domains) and I'm filing a request to have its validity reviewed.

      1) domains are registered starting with 0 days
      2) there's nothing wrong with hotmail accounts
      3) businesses do not need to be registered for gst
      4) not every piece of information is online (specifically personal names)
      5) the registration being invalid is not their fault

have you found anything that is remotely dodgy? none of these are…

    • Your comments are a bit harsh mate.

Apologies you all make a good point, our address and phone number are on the site they are in the privacy section but we will ensure they are on the T and cs also so it's clear.
While only going for 90 days, every business has to start somewhere, we are authentic and are a family business that has started out in North Balgowlah by my husband and myself.

We appreciate the comments as we will ensure that we make the legal part much clearer to people. We have to also go through all the checks for eway to deliver a secure banking environment which we felt important starting out for that very reason that you wouldn't know much about us or our business. We will ensure we improve the site so people feel confident in buying from us in the future. Many thanks

  • How big do my muscles have to be to wear these?

    • Doesn't really matter, if you're anything like the young blokes at work you just keep going down sizes til you think it looks like you have muscles! :p
