    Only if you call up flybuys and get turned away, email Coles and get a one ringer missed call from a number you can't call back, then email Flybuys, then file a complaint to AFCA. I'm currently doing this about every 3rd transaction. Got the points every time. Feel free to copy/ paste this an send to AFCA. Coles might actually try and fix it.

    Here's what happens. You put $50 in your cart and apply promo for click and collect / delivery (let's say tomorrow). Now if the promo is (for example) today only, your points won't track because the system processes the transaction on the day the order is physically compiled by a human, not the payment date.

    So you call up, Flybuys, they only see the compile date and say you 'missed the promotion'. But you were smart and kept screenshots, and have a PayPal receipt showing the exact time you paid for your order. An email to Coles 'might' make them see the mistake
    They will call you once, and you will have a call from a number you can't call back. But login to your Coles account and you might have a credit to the value of the flybuys points.

    So you place another order and the credit comes off the total. But you don't get the points on this order because the order total is now below the spend threshold (even though the credit is your owed money from their previous mistake. Nothing to do with this order… Repeat process.

    Lastly, check your promo code values. I used the 'Bubbles' 10 % off promotion. It applied no problems, but only took off 3% of value (dodgy as). 10% not being correct was easy to pick up. They fixed it, but I wonder how many don't check and are getting shafted with promotions like this where the discount only applies to part of the order.

    Lastly, enjoy the Coles online shopping experience, particularly when alcohol is involved. Be prepared to turn up for collection and half your order is missing and you once again get denied the promotion, even though the t&cs say you are still eligible for ALL flybuys promotion points if they cancel ANY PART of the order. The system doesnt process it this way.

      I called flybuys a couple of times and didn't have to follow up. YMMV.
