If you're in the market for mid-fi IEMs, you apparently won't beat the IER-M7 at this price unless you opt for the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk. Slightly warmer than Harman neutral, with a pleasant taming of the upper mids and lower treble.

The R&D costs and brand prestige drive that kind of price, but it will eventually trickle down to a $200 price point in another product.

I have some Shure se215's and I think they're great for the price.
Not in the context of what's coming out from AKG/Samsung and China. From a wired perspective you can grab mid-fi gear starting at $70, and it just walks all over the Shures.

Supposedly the Samsung Galaxy Buds at their zenith. For future reference, the category you're looking at is referred to as true wireless (TWS) IEMs.
Other well reviewed options would be the original Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy Buds Pro, though I wouldn't touch the Pro above $150 in the context of the N400.
