Can anybody compare the quality of bcf snow clothing to say the aldi gear or name brand stuff?

Good for winter pier fishing? Yes, I'm thinking of joining those characters late in the evening - lots of tales to be heard I'm sure :)

  • yeah except theres no snow in this hell hot sun burned country

    • more snow than Switzerland

  • Their sizes are in alphabetical order. Lol.

I recently bought 2 ski pants from sportsdirect at $9 and $12 dollars each. They occasionally have some seriously cheap ski equipment.

quality looks good and said to be 10k water resistant, untested yet but for this price it's a risk im willing to take.

    • How much was shipping?

      • Very good point and tks for reminding me to mention. $9 dollars for 1 or 2 pairs of pants, but $23 for the third pair.

I only buy stuffs from them that's very good price with postage considered. Do a few check outs (without actually checking out) will show u the actual postage fee for ur combinded order.

They ship stuffs from outside oz (most likely from uk coz all the tags has gbp price tags on it) so the postage is actually fair, in this regard.

        • They used to have flat postage.. $9 is reasonable

  • These better than Aldi?

  • Is it worth buying these or renting from the slopes of going for a couple of days? May only go for a few days each year.

    • Renting will be about the same price and you don't keep the cloths.

      • True. I'm not sure if the rented clothing is better quality and suited to the environment. I don't want to cheap out and ruin the vacation, so came to the experts here 😁

        • See comments in the Aldi thread.
