Does the hot make it really hot like a normal heater? Or just like room temperature hot?
Not really sure what you mean but it is like a blower, blowing hot air. I am using it for kids room and leave the temp at 23 degrees, it runs for about 5 mins every one hr to maintain that temperature. My only complain is that even for that price the heater is quite dumb and doesn't work with app/google/alexa - other than that, its been great for me.

I don't normally like the look of gold watches but I am so taken by the Black Bay 58 18K.
Not something that keeps with the OzBargin spirit but it is a beautiful watch.

Yeah, it definitely has its appeal and I can see why people would buy it. However, I think it's not worth $22k. Maybe $15k at most. Movement is not even anything special nor did they try to finish it differently from what I can see.
@xaykogeki: Yeah I checked out both the gold and the silver ones last week, and the open case-back leaves a lot to be desired, in terms of the finishing and the actual diameter of the window as well.
That being said, the 925 silver model is really really nice in person.

For now just wanted a nice thing, I've only ever had pretty rough second-hand rifle gear. Apparently there are some NRL22 comps running in Victoria that sound appealing if I get keen later, but I'll be happy plinking away at the local 200m range for quite a while I reckon.

I miss the days of the Japanese made Nikko and Tasco scopes, they were really good bang for buck.@mapax: I went with the SHV F1 4-14 in milr reticle. Way more than I ever thought I'd pay for a scope, but I wanted FFP and non-chinese which already has you in the $1k range. Vortex was the other main contender, but I keep hearing they have spotty quality control, albeit an excellent warranty. I gave up the smokes a few years back so figured screw it I'm still way in front :)

Yup. Best way is to just choose an AD that also sells other brands. Guaranteed way to get a SS daytona is $100k / year for three years.
Funny enough these stories I know is only for Australian ADs. Other countries' ADs treat their customers better.

Just got my Galaxy Tab S7 and splurged for the keyboard case, all up was just over a grand but now I have a mobile device inbetween my phone (Note 10+) and laptop (Razer Blade Advanced). Very shiny, very much a thing. Did I need it to live? Not at all. But so far I've started sketching more (hobby I stopped years ago), being able to do actual work from a small device means I no longer need to lug my Blade around day to day.
