Likely reasons here. If you live with your partner, you’re ineligible for referrals.
How do you know that we live together? Or if a couple is dating, but haven’t moved in together yet, then they don’t get either?

They made a purchase, but the referral fee hasn't gone through to either account. I wonder if we have to wait for the cashback to be approved before the referral fee goes through?
