I got an email for the $7 code but it doesn't include it anywhere and it tells me to go to the app to retrieve the code, but the code isn't there either, not sure if others are experiencing the same

Having the same issue here, $7 code doesn't show in For You on either mobile or desktop currently even after receiving the email.

Btw the same issue happened 2 weeks ago too, Menulog didn't give me the code even I contacted customer service.
Someone posted the 7$ off as a deal and it got unpublished for insufficient data
The post did not contain the code (thus why it was unpublished).

Just called 1300 664 335 to ask why there's no code in my 'For You' section after receiving the $7 offer via email. They told me quite a few people complained about the same and offered me a free $15 voucher (no min) but expires tonight. Fifteen minutes on hold, but one free pizza on its way :)
Wonder if I'll have the same luck although I was offered $5 via email and it's showing in the app too 😝
Maybe do the right thing and cook something healthy tonight instead!
On the side, it feels like menulog has really dropped the ball and on a decline… last year the customer service was really good but they've really gone bad in recent months…
tried this, there was alot of back and forth, customer rep claimed no such promotion, eventually gave up.
Even I received an email on the $7 deal… But when I click the link provided by them, it ends up with no code … :D
The $5 voucher not working for me - Voucher is not valid for this restaurant even though its worked on that same restaurant before.
I tried it on 2 restaurants that have worked previously, 1 worked, 1 didn't.
Very unreliable.

It's almost a relief, I felt obligated to eat (almost) half price pizza, asian food and burritos for half the week. That's how committed I am to the OzBargain spirit. Somehow my pants still fit. 🤣
Unless your store's price is the same as in store, technically it isn't really (almost) half price after you factor in the inflation. I'd say closer to 25-30% discount?
