Not sure if your store has these or not, but seems to have these in Kilkenny SA.

    Yes they work on all Optus network sim cards weather that be MVNOs or Optus itself

  EDIT ignore this past. the C3 is coming up on Google as $75 at Target. It's coming up as nothing at all on target's web site.

  Q. I see these mobiles at the supermarkets but they are locked to Optus.
  Need one for an elderly family member.
  Can these be unlocked and how much does that cost?
  They have an old Samsung S5 which needs replacing and is on Belong monthly plan
  so don't want to change over to Optus.
