      Apple products were always listed as an exclusion under the promo code, but it was working yesterday when I tested it out. I suspect Big W quickly realised that their code accidentally worked on Apple products and moved quickly to fix the promo code.

    You meant Lossless Apple Music. Not sure why you are downvoted but Apple said none of the Airpods (normal, Pro, Max) or even Homepod support Lossless.

      Isn't it just the Hi-Res Lossless that needs extra hardware? I can't find anything on Apple's site that says the normal Lossless won't work with Airpods.
