    Most store/retailers are trying to clear Wave 1 first, hence the heavy discount.

    Also Wave 2 was only released earlier this year, so won't be expecting major price drops anytime soon (or at least until Wave 3 is released).

      That the cheapest I've seen the Mario Starter Pack 71360 but I want my 60% + off like a lot of the others .

        It the cheapest historic price for the Mario Starter Pack (not including deals which requires you to jump through multiple hoops).

        Don't think you'll see the Starter kit dropping to 60% anytime soon, since all the other Expansion Set requires the Starter Kit.
