  Its $299 at Amazon. I'd rather spend the $39 more and get that given I know I will get much better service/warranty/returns. Heybattery seems HK based so don't expect any after sales support.

  For example I had the QC35 first gen from Amazon, after a year I was having Bluetooth issues and they gave me a replacement no questions asked.

  Bought couple of items from this seller with no issues

  Buying is not normally a problem, it's the service if anything goes wrong, Kogan has a notoriously bad rep in that regard
