  Looks almost identical to the AX5000 except 5v preamp and longer warranty. Not sure thats worth the extra $100

    I got the AX5000 for 489.30 - can you really pick them up for 450? do you have a link as I'd get another one for the missus car. unit sounds awesome and just works seamlessly with the phones

    The AX5000 is an outgoing model, the AX5500 is the replacement. Also, you've got WebLink which enables screen mirroring for Android and iOS.

      That's cool! I love my AX5000 and I've recommended them to a lot of people.

      It seems that if you don't need the weblink or the 5v preamp that being a touch cheaper it's a better deal. However I can't argue that if you're spending ~$500 on a new unit that the extra $50 makes it worth it.

      Good introductory price.

  Hey rep, I've got a Toyota Corolla 2013 4A Ascent sedan. Will this fit my car? Also, will there be smart reversing that shows where the car is reversing and changes when the steering wheel is turned (if that makes sense)?

    Hey mate, at this point, the XAV-AX5500 at $550 offer has ended. However, we have the XAV-AX5000 for $529 for this month. Yes, it will fit your car. Predictive guidelines are what you're talking about. At this time, there isn't an aftermarket product capable of this (as it has to connect to an electronic steering rack, if available, to know your steering inputs etc.) however, we're expecting something along these lines before Christmas.
