LG 65" C1 4K UHD OLED Smart TV $3603 + Delivery (Free C&C) @ The Good Guys Commercial (Membership Required)

270

Not sure if people are negotiating better prices in store but seems like a decent deal for the new model.

65" A1 also available for $3,260

  • Wow almost double the price to move from 65 to 77…why?

    • Yeah exactly why?

I was thinking the same. Who comes up with these prices?

      • It comes down to the amount they can sell of a certain size, because it costs so much to make OLED TVs so big

Mostly it's the feasibility. Oled/lcd panels are produced in one particular size and then cut into individual panels for use in TV. The waste that you get leftover after cutting a few 77" panels is much much larger than when cutting 55“. This is why 48“ oleds are the same price as the 55“ lol

@SKobb: Yeah you're right. I didn't think I'd be able to put it so succinctly as you have

    Also G1 65" $4117 GG Commercial

  • +12

I've been posting the GG Commercial prices for LG's 2021 TVs on all the OLED threads but been too lazy to make my own thread, so here goes again:

    LG G1 55" - $3002 / 65" - $4117
    LG C1 55" - $2573 / 65" - $3603 / 77" - $6863
    LG A1 55" - $2316 / 65" - $3260

    • Do you mind adding the G1 77 if available? Thanks!

G1 77" is on the website but listed as "price pending".

Unfortunately these are the only 2021 models currently available on the site.

  • Can you use GG gift cards on Commercial?

  • How do you get membership

  • These TVs are amazing. I've got the 77" and paid a very decent price on it. No regrets. However, be prepared to face some panel issues. I had vertical banding on my unit in day though it did get resolved after a pixel refresh.

    • How much did U get it for? I'm also eyeing for one atm but waiting for good price.

  • +1

Anything below $7000 is a good price IMO. I paid around what's listed above. You won't ever get a good price on it buying from a shop (even negotiating and using GCs). Commerical is your only option.

    • Could you please share the receipt?
      Thanks

  • Ended up placing an order for 55 C1. Got a call later saying due to covid, my order will be delivered for free of charge.
