[eBay Plus, Pre Order] Xiaomi Monitor Desk Lamp w/ Wireless Controller $65.75 Delivered (AU Stock) @ Ninja Buy eBay

380
PLUSTI20

Greetings everyone, Ninja Buy have dropped this popular monitor lamp on pre-order as part of the current eBay Plus weekend, and seems like an excellent price for what will be local stock when in the country when it lands. $15 cheaper than the current pre-order price at the Mi Official Store and the cheapest local stock from what I can tell.

This is currently a Pre-Order and is due to be in Australia by 14th of June 2021, delivery after that will be quick locally.

Although now the outright cheapest ever, this is official Xiaomi AU stock and is from a very reputable seller with great local warranty. This also has the added benefit of being able to be used with discounted eBay gift cards such as the current 1000 Everyday Rewards Points with $50 Swap Celebration Gift Card which would work out to be $6.57 in value back at Woolworths Rewards dollars effectively.

Get in quick if you want one.

  • Thanks OP, purchased.

using it atm, highly recommended over the baseus one i got last month.

this one doesn't introduce glare at all on my 27 inch curved monitor. the wireless adjustment dial/wheel is also super handy and has plenty of customisation option.

I was thinking about getting the Baseus for the price, but then thought better to spend once (even for a little extra once on sale) & get this instead.

    • Could it because your monitor is curved? I have Baseus one on a 27 inch monitor but have not noticed any glare.

For those who prefer, Banggood has this in stock (shipped from their AU warehouse in Sydney) for slightly cheaper - US$49.99 (~A$64.66)

    • This won't get any cheaper than this will it?

  • Thinking about mk850, any good?

I have been using this for a few months and purchased for about $130.

Keyboard: initially feels a bit weird, like there’s some added resistance along the sides of the keys restricting the sound and travel, but once worn in (a few days), it’s a good typing experience (although some under-used keys still have that resistance feeling). The keys feel solid, have good travel and a dull clicking sound.
Incline/angle adjustments are flat, 4 or 8 degrees.
Soft material pad at the bottom of the keyboard for resting the wrists on feels nice, but potentially will get dirty and wear, but so far so good for me.
No lag at all via the unifying USB dongle connection. Connection maybe dropped out once at the start (just replug the USB dongle), but no issues since then.
Battery is going strong (although I do turn off the power switch whenever not in use).

Mouse: excellent mouse (triathlon 720), whose reviews reviews you can read about here on ozbargain, particularly when the mouse was on sale late last year.
Good full size, comfortable to grip, responsive and excellent battery life (again, I turn it off when not in use).
Overall good value for money and probably the star of the combo.

      Hope this helps.

  • Got the Yeelight TD003 and rate it so if this is a rebadge then I highly recommend!

No issue with glare even with a 49" 1800R

Love this lamp and was going to order another one here but then saw the estimated delivery date 22-28 Jun.

You can get it shipped faster from Banggood's AU warehouses for $65.62 delivered in 1 week with their current sale.

    • I saw that one too, just thought this one was worth posting as it is AU stock and I've heard some horror stories about warranty claims with Banggood. Always good to have a few options though and if you need one soon that's a good option :)

    • Where are you seeing delivery in 1 week? Am seeing 15-20 business days on my end

      • Banggood have run out of stock in their AU warehouses. Deliveries are now only available from CN and USA warehouses, hence the change in delivery times.

    • Not the cheapest
    • Pay premium but don't get it until after a month

    How is this a bargain?

Yeah Ok there's warranty but this is a LED lamp

  • Anyone ever seen any lumen output figures for these? Need something for some house plants that could do with some more light, and the form factor and limited spill of this is actually pretty attractive for the spot I have.

These are meant to be backlighting/bias lighting not grow lights lol.

You can get 12v rigid/cob LEDs for $5.

  • Is there a good stand for this or, a good light on a stand?

My webcam interferes with placing this on the monitor so would be need to have one on stand placed behind my monitor ideally.

  • edit: NVM, got the light to work, its really good love it!

  • They sell it for $55 on AliExpress (long shipping but cheaper) and $63 on Banggood from the chinese warehouse.
