    wow… I've never seen website throttling like this.

    Surely if people are waiting it's more cost effective to buy more bandwidth from your provider, than turn even potential customers away?

      Petstock has a history of poor website performance during sales.

      Sms went out 3.30pm yesterday advertising.
      Website was down from at least 4.30pm to sometime this morning

    As far as cat/dog food goes…even 30% off doesn't bring it down to prices you can get elsewhere.

    It's a shame that you can't browse it at all when the website is busy. I mean, it's a great idea to protect the site from being flooded, so at least the people on it can still purchase… But I can't even see anything at all. Surely you could have a secondary product site seperate from your transaction processor

    Hm, well I left the window open and eventually got in. I'd say I saved maybe $5 total all said and done. You can save up to 30% by doing auto delivery elsewhere and cancelling it. Wouldn't have done it if I had something better to do.

    For the two cat foods I buy: One is sold out.
    One has gone up 15 cents.

    Meow treats are on sale, but no cheaper than the usual discount price.

    Started waiting online at 12pm, saying 2hr waiting.
    When I came back and check at 3pm, it's saying 10minutes. Then it start to jump between 5 to 20 minutes till now, which is 5 pm. Every time I thought it was only couple minutes left the time will just increase. So for almost 5 hours waiting, I still cannot get on to the website. Waste of my time.

    Messages Petstock via Fb today, explained I couldn't get through via their website, they threw me a 30% off code. Happy with the service, order made this evening.
