Found a clone if this without accessories for only $50:

If this AMAZON one is compatible with ALDI battery and its charger, then it might be a good deal.

I have the Aldi sprayer, it is way under power for washing cars, but good for bikes. I use it only for foliar spray for my garden. A lot better than the pumping bottles.

      • Mine arrived today. Read .my post below for details.

Long story short, works with toolpro style batteries

    • +1

Price has been changed to $64.99 since you put link here. LOL

      • I reached out to the seller and they dropped the price.

        Get in whilst you can.
        I just bought one.

  • How does Worx compare in quality to Bosch and other companies?

    • +3

Worx is like ozito but without the freedom to go to Bunnings.

My last product from Worx (WORX Cordless Slide Driver) failed after one Ikea chest drawer assembly. They refunded me though.

      • Thanks for the responses. I was very close to buying some Worx gear via eBay. Glad I didnt. I prefer the ability to walk into Bunnings if I need to do a refund or warranty claim as well. Will keep away from Worx.

        • They initially asked me to ask ebay to issue a refund. Then ebay refused and I had to call Worx call centres multiple times for several days. It was a hassle tbh.

    • They don't worx very well

  • +1

I got this from the Amazon deal a while back. It's pretty underpowered but comes with good accessories. Don't expect it to do much more than casual cleaning.

    • Same and agreed.
It is a lot easier to get out and use than a regular pressure sprayer and you can run it off mains hose, just have a trickle coming out, and shut it off when you aren’t running the unit.

Definitely better and more water efficient then using a regular hose. But nowhere as powerful as a real pressure sprayer.

    • +2

This deal does not come with any of the accessories.

      • What you mean?

        It says:
        What's included

        1 X WA3551 Battery Pack

        1 X 0-degree nozzle
        1 X 15-degree nozzle
Thanks for considering the WORX Hydroshot

        • These are essential parts

  • Turns out a similar priced Ryobi is over 1300psi while this is about 350psi - not sure if that’s even good enough for a good car wash

    • +1

      Is the Ryobi cordless too?
      Link?

      • Sorry, I meant the Ryobi wired ones which are usually the cheap end ($100-$150)

        • +1

          apples and oranges….

I also bought this recently, and spent another ~$20 on the genuine Bottle Adapter Connector Accessory plus a sprayer kit from Bunnings to turn it into a a 5L cordless pressure washer:

..or a cordless weed sprayer ;)

    • +1

Good find. The bottle adapter is pretty cool.

Price is a little outrageous though for a plastic ring and a hose.

      • Buy the Amazon one for $50. Comes with the bottle adaptor.

Bought it yesterday. Just Realised that it does not come with any of the accessories as advertised in a regular listing.

Should I cancel now or wait for it to arrive and return later?

Have not tried EBay plus returns before. I have paid with vouchers. So, how long does the return process take in general?

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

    • Cancel now. Why bother waiting for them to post it?

    • Cancel now, save the seller the postage?

If you feel really cheated, wait until it arrivres and then return it.

So what accessories you are referring to?

  • The annoying part is you need to put the hose in a bucket with water so you can't connect your garden hose to…

    • I thought it had a quick connect adaptor for the hose?

    • +1

You can connect directly to garden hose. The bucket hose is for those who do not have access to the tap ie (underground carpark). Or you can buy the adpator to use a 2 litre coke bottle (won't last you long before needed to refill).
This cannot replace any karcher tyre of pressure washer that requires 240v power of course. This is particularly good for mountain biking as you want to wash off as much dirt on the bike before packing to the car/truck. I always use after leaving the beach to clean up all the sands on foot etc. and good to clean shower screen (all for small jobs of course).

      • Are you sure you can connect to the garden hose?

        • Mine does unless they have changed the design which I doubted. Basically the hose that comes with the package is the same as standard hose connector size so it will fit standard size hose adaptor. Hope this helps
I have been using it for over 2 years and also bought the bottle adaptor so it is easy to use inside the house and in the beach parking lot.

          • @JCRALLYART: Excellent, then worth the shot.

This offer for $100 comes with all the needed accessories? I hope so :)

I know its not as good as the Karcher type but its handy when it comes with a battery

            • @Abdull: With this deal, you can use it straight with a garden hose 12mm standard size. If you want to take it out with you, you will need to purchase the bottle adaptor so you can use soft drink, 1.25 litre to 2litre bottle. I always keep around 5L + in the boot if I know I am going to need them.
              https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/383561048093?epid=24008592219&ha…

Just don't think you can use this to clean a car or concrete etc…..just small quick job is good enough

              • @JCRALLYART: Thanks Mate,

So how this is different from Hydro Jet High Pressure when using the garden hose?

I saw a youtube video where they used the Worx tool while washing their car.

                • @Abdull: You can wash a car with the Worx Gun but only if you can connect to a garden hose, not a 1.25 bottle. Otherwise, water runs out very quickly and need to keep refilling. However, if you do have access to the garden hose and have a electric pressure washer, I would rather use that to wash a car than using the Worx Gun.

I have never use Hydro Jet High Pressure, not sure what this is.

Perhaps use Paypal to pay and before that activate the free return offer so that you try the gun and if it is not up to your expectation, return it using paypal free return up to $45

    • You don't get that hose with this deal.

  • +1

Cancelled my order - thanks for the comments regarding the standard accessories being missing! Definitely an inflated RRP when the one with standard accessories is going for $143.63

    • +1

Get the clone off Amazon for only $50?

Depends if you need the accessories or not.

The design is so similar it looks like it could've come from the same factory in China

      • Yep will get the clone!

      • Is it good?

well, its $50 anyway so worth a shot

        • No idea but half the price for the same sort of thing. I bought one.

          • @edrift: Let me know how is it?

            • @Abdull: Buy first, worry later. Price may go up 30% again then the deal is gone.

It's basically the same as the Worx unit. Plenty of YouTube videos around

            • +1

              @Abdull: Ok it arrived today.

It was better than expected. Came with the soft drink bottle attachment (Worx sell it for $20).

Build quality is actually very good. Doesn't feel cheap at all. Seems to be made of a decent plastic, maybe fibre reinforced plastic.

Has a good heft in weight to it.

Works like how the Worx hydroshot one does in the video you are on YouTube.

              As for the battery:
Seems beefy and a legit 2.5Ah.

But it gets better. My toolpro batteries and my generic Chinese power tool batteries both fit in this! It won't work the other way around (can't use this one in other tools) but glad to see my collection of 7 existing batteries will fit without modification.

If you're wondering where to get cheap toolpro style batteries from that area compatible with this, check out Kogan. I bought a cordless reciprocating saw for about $45 with 2 batteries from there. I also bought a mini chainsaw with 2 batteries from there too.
