I've had mine for 4 years and it still works great. Good for chemical free cleaning.

  Oo didn't see that one. But I have compared the two before and from what I remember 15 has a smaller tank and doesn't get as hot. Also I think you have to hold it to use the "garment" part whereas the 13 is a hose that you can leave the body down.
