      what have you changed ? Apparently, this current deal seems neat and easy to read, excluding unnecessary bold words/sentences, which feels cumbersome. I will appreciate a double seperator line aswell.

    Been doing these the same way and purchasing via the Lenovo website for almost a year.
    Getting the cashbacks. However the last two BIG purchases approx 4k~ total failed.

    Thinking SB support will sort it out. But contacted SB and basically got a bot reply.

    Thank you for submitting a missing cashback claim.

    We have appealed this missing cashback claim with the merchant and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you.

    ShopBack awards cashback on your transactions on the basis that the merchant attributes your order to ShopBack and pays us a commission, they are the deciding party on a sale being attributed to ShopBack.

    There are quite a few reasons why these orders may not be attributed to ShopBack. This includes:

    1. If a user clicks on a Honey, Cashrewards, or another chrome extension after clicking from ShopBack
    2. If other web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers are opened after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner, pop-up, or advertisement on the store’s webpage whilst shopping
    4. Antivirus/Cleanup or Adblocker applications block or disrupt cashback tracking (Tracking cookies are required to track transaction)
    5. When the order falls under the merchant’s exclusions, including the use of promo codes not listed on ShopBack.

    In the meantime, do let me know if there is anything I can do to help or share my best advice on earning cashback. I’d be here to support whenever you need it.

        I can understand not to receive what you expecting, and I regret to share this news.
        I've looked into our partner's system and found the reason your claim was rejected is that your orders were not attributed to ShopBack. There are a few reasons this could happen, you may have clicked on banners in the merchant site or you have opened another affiliate link after clicking from ShopBack.
        Hence it was attributed to another marketing channel under Lenovo instead of ShopBack.
        With this in mind, ShopBack will not receive any commission from the merchant for this order, which means we are not able to pay Cashback for this purchase.

        Your kind understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.

    I'm in affliction with them as I can't get my cashback as being told the merchant don't give them commission, and therefore I can't get some cashback. I doubt it is a false advertisement.

    it is EOFY, better save money on someone (like Cashrewards) you can get cashback, otherwise, it is full of shit to deal with your fault, not my fault situation. At the end, you don't get a cent and waste the time to chase.

    I guess everyone has different experience but I never had any issue with ShopBack and only had a problem once with cashrewards. I’m happy and certainly recommend ShopBack based on my experience.

    I placed an order at roughly 7:45 pm however the payment is not cleared yet till now. Is that still ok for the cashback? Got paypal order confirmation at 7:45 pm, but not lenovo

    Lenovo gotta sort out their screens.

    In the gaming section, there are 300nit 60hz options and 250nit 120hz options.

    Just quit with the low brightness, slow refresh screens. Even if you're not gaming, people appreciate high refresh screens. Just stop putting anything below 300nit in laptops that cost more than $1200 and make 120hz the standard.

    When Lenovo cheaps out on the screens they go all-in on it, I had to return one last year because it was so bad.
