Jabra Elite (Titanium Black) 65t $79, 75t $149 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ The Good Guys

700

Spotted these in the new catalogue, on sale Thursday 3rd June to Wednesday 9th June.

Equal lowest ever for the 65t (was also $79 at PC Byte last month). Seems to also be the cheapest ever for the 75t, just beating the eBay Plus TGG deal back in April.

Don't forget Officeworks price beat if you can find stock.

Thats really cheap for the 65t, which are still very decent bluetooth headphones. Definitely the best you can get for that price

    • It might be time to pull the trigger

  • Got the elite 75t actives for last month at similiar price for the wife at good guys commercial. Currently $173 at good guys commercial

  • I only want a pair of twc headphones with decent voice call quality. Already own a pair Sony WF1000XM3. Is 65t good enough? Or 75t is a significant upgrade to 65t?

65t are excellent. The only issue for me is that the right bud is the master, so you always have to use it. You can have two devices connected to the buds simultaneously. Surely best value for quality buds at the moment.

Alternatively, QCYs can be had for less than $30, and they're good too.

        trash voice call quality though

        • Entirely false claim, for both Jabra and QCY. I've spent hundreds of hours on conference calls in the last 15 months, not a single complaint about the voice quality.

          • @mrau: Which QCYs? I've been through multiple pairs of T2Cs, all with terrible mic quality. Got a 75t and friend has the 65t, can vouch for the call quality on the jabras though.

            • @BenR31415: I use T5s, but I didn't have issues with T2C either. My Sun useless T7 (I think that's the model number), also no complaints.

          • @mrau: yeah was saying it for qcy, really bad compared to any mic, especially if there's any noise around you

      • How are the 65t for music? Don't really need them for calls

I have the XM3s and had poor call quality on those and an imperfect fit. Bought the 85t and had multiple issues so got them refunded.

Currently listening to my 65ts as I type this.

Went back to them because good sound, great call quality and can connect to my laptop and my phone at the same time.

Waiting for the XM4 to see if they improved on the XM3s.

It is frustrating that XM3s costs so much and the voice call quality is crap. Maybe i should have returned them…

  • Far out just purchased the 75ts on amazon a couple weeks back for 214…

edit: i actually have the actives

  • These vs galaxy buds plus?

    • Check out reviews. The buds plus are newer and have fewer issues. Sound wise you need to try them.

  • Will these be an in-store only deal or online too? Since VIC may still be in lockdown in the coming week…

    • Will be online as well and those in VIC should get free delivery (if close to a store).

We are offering Victorian customers Free Delivery and Click & Collect during the VIC Circuit Breaker Lockdown. Ends 11.59pm 03/06/21 (AEST). Free local delivery up to 30 km from The Good Guys stores.

  • 65t is a great pick up for this price. I paid 50% more than this and they were still good for that price point

I paid $180 back in late 2018. Tempted to buy a second pair as a backup

      • Same, first pair of wireless earbuds I had, and they’re amazing, use them every day. Only problem is now the left bud is sometimes quiet (but sometimes works fine, so it’s not a hardware issue). It still produces sound, just dimly, not sure how to remedy.

      • How is the battery, when they were new and after 2 years?
        Thanks

        • I’d say they are about 2.5 hrs now. Initially they were 3.5 hrs. The case gives you a fast recharge as well. The 85t gives up to 23!hrs

I've had the elite active 65ts for ages now and they've been beyond awesome. I've always wanted a backup set though. Anyone who has tried both can you comment how the non active 65ts are different?

    • I believe they're essentially the same

    • Slightly inferior waterproofing and different styling, apart from that identical I believe.

  • Sorry for the dumb question but is there any way to use these headphones on the Xbox One?

  • Absolute steal for the 75T.
Great for those who like a lot of bass.

Got the rest of the catalogue?

  • Oh no :( I just got 65t from PC Byte on the last deal. Cost me additional $10 for it to be shipped to Melbourne.

No regrets though. A tremendous upgrade from my JBL Free X! I don't have to worry about my earphone falling out on me with this pair and I got spooked by my spouse a few times because the bloody noise cancellation is too awesome.

  • Is the 75t with the price difference over the 65t?

  • +1
  • are these any good for the gym?

  • I prefer my Earfun Free Pro’s from Amazon US over my 65t’s. The multiconnect is great but the Earfun’s sound quality is on another level for music. Both are fine for work calls indoors but the ANC is far superior on the Earfun if I’m outside. Wireless charging on the Earfuns too.

The title is a bit misleading, I don't think the 65t is noise cancelling

    • You're right, they're only "passive", so not really noise cancelling like the 75t are. Edited title, thanks.

  • Thanks. Grabbed the 65t and used my $20 store credit from the Airtag bungle. I lost my old pair of 65t and happy to be able to replace them!

  • Confirming Officeworks has these $1 cheaper: https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/jabra-elit…
