    I have never bought any non branded cables before.
    Can we use them to fast charge and as a data cable for samsung phones and Iphone?

      Braided just means that the cable is tougher and less likely to break. So they can still fast charge and do data transfer. The only thing with this cable is that it's USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.1 so it won't transfer data as quickly.
