Can somebody plz help me find any lender who can offer a variable rate of less than 2.29% ( 2.31% comparison rate) for owner occupier loan.
Considering to refinance currently but just wanted to see if there are any better alternatives out there…
Have a stable income, Borrowing capacity or LVR is not an issue at all..I can see there are better fixed rates in the market but not the variable ones… will really apprecuate any suggestions on this.. Thanks heaps..
I think it is time OZBargain has a pool of burner user IDs, sign-up with one, ask a question and disappear and sign up again with a new ID when it's time for another question never to be seen again. Considering how many new IDs appear daily, total number of users in this forum is going to hit the Australian population very soon.

If 1 year fixed is less than variable just take it unless you are planning to sell. These crazy low fixed rates will be around for another 2 years.

Of course not. Why would you when the share market returns 7% and you can borrow at 2%.
You can get 100% offset fixed loans. TMB, Easystreet, CFC etc…
Athena does 1.99% variable
Athena are doing 1.99% if you have <60% LVR, TicToc are at 2.04% for 80% LVR. I use TicToc myself and just asked them to math the current advertised rate, they did so without any issues.
TicToc are very good at math ;)
