Any suggestion for a blend for a good cup of black coffee?
By no means an expert when it comes to black coffee but a barista told me that single origins are best. So on that advice may be the Colombia one.
Their Enterprise blend is wonderful either black or white.
Agreed, after trying 4 different, completely stuck on Enterprise, it best taste of all I ever try in my life..

Any recommendations on best size for Moka pot?
The Sumatra Moka blend kept coming out a bit sour no matter the changes made.
Not sure if should try going a finer grind?

I've made the Sumatra blend in a Moka and it's been great. Are you drinking it black or with milk?
