10% off Oakley Sun Glasses at Ribblecycles.co.uk

190
OAK10

Just got an email from Ribble Cycles, they are giving 10% off oakley glasses to overseas customers (they are based in the UK) with the code OAK10.

If I remember correctly, you're much better off leaving the currency in GBP and converting through your bank or paypal.

These are mainly cycling and sports glasses, the new jawbones are the cheapest ive found.

less than $85 delivered for a pair of gascans seems very good

  • Has anyone bought from this site before?

    • +1

      yeah, quite a few times.

  • +1

    Yes, I have, no problems.

I've spent a lot of cash with all the major UK bike stores and Ribble's service and delivery has been the same as Wiggle, CRC, Evans etc. ;)

  • The AUD prices seem cheaper than the UK -> AUD conversions.

Ah it seems the UK prices include VAT or something. (Switching to AU gives an exchange rate estimate, and pulls off the VAT.)

Price for the flak jackets and radars is $122 delivered. (Each.)

  • Any ideas as to when this expires? I need to think over it, lol. Also: can anyone tell me what their shipping cost was?

    • +1

The shipping cost was $8 for the Flack Jacket.

The deal is only 10% so if you really need time to think it over you will be able to buy it for a bit more. (The 10% off basically negates the shipping cost.)

Their actually doing 20% store wide plus an extra 10% off Oakley's.

Prices are cheap but sales like this come up frequently.

Only problem with Ribble is stock. The Oakley range is not too bad with options but the Rudy Project's on sale I wanted are all out of stock. :(

My advice is if you want, buy now, otherwise you may risk not getting the color/style you want on next sale. ;)

  • I do believe the website may be down :(
    Edit: never mind, back up.

  • Yes, same here..

  • Back up now..

  • I found the site a bit slow too. As expected with any sale, colour range is going to be a bit spotty, but the pricing and shipping is good.

Just a heads up to everyone. If you make an account, go back into the account settings and select 'I do not wish my details to be passed on to third parties'.

  • Ordered a pair of the bronze ones, good deal, thanks OP!

  • Damn the sunnies that I wanted are out of stock meh oh well next time I guess.

  • I bit the bullet and got the Matte Black / Grey ones. A bit concerned, though: I added them to my cart before they went out of stock, but completed the purchase after they sold out. I'm betting on a refund.

  • no idea dude, only things ive bought international were from ebay and all got marked as gift.
