well. the one i sent is specced for gaming and that one looks to be a work laptop which means it doesnt have a proper graphics card, only intels chip integrated graphics. you'd be better off with the one i linked because it has a 120hz screen, decent graphics card if you want to do video editing, gaming or gpu intensive processes.

  • This deal's been going around for a while now. They also have one with an i5/8GB/2060 for $1298: https://www.harveynorman.com.au/acer-nitro-5-15-6-inch-i5-10…
Only quad core, though. This one is the better choice.

After the jobkeeper and twitter fiasco, no deal is worth it

    Acer is junk. Go dell.

I was going to but my friends Dell XPS overheats badly.
Build quality is really nice though.

I have the original Acer Nitro and it's still working perfectly after 6 years.

You're lucky, in the last 10yrs Acer is nothing but trouble for me…I rather pay a bit more and something with better internal components.

Same here, my $1200 Core i7 refurbished Acer V Nitro still going strong after 5 years. Value for money is hard to beat on those laptops.

      • dell have the best technical support to be quite honest. better off buying a product that has a good technical support team because hardware is never reliable.

        • I don't like making calls or troubleshooting broken products for free- ideally, the support team shouldn't matter & the product will just work but life isn't so simple, unfortunately.

  • Anyone using a similar spec’d laptop on warzone can indicate FPS?

I play warzone on 1650 and its very playable

      • Good to know thanks buddy, I’d been perusing a couple of YT vids.
When the baseline is the OG Xbox one I’m sure all these will be a step up right

Don't buy from Hayvey Norman, they are the reason we now pay GST on foreign goods
