      I had a 3 minute queue, nothing terrible, but I heard it's to stop it from crashing when they expect a huge amount of traffic. They sell board games, action figures, art pieces, toys and collectables.

    Same virtual line as PAX. If you hit stop loading on the website before it finishes, there's no more line

      The queue isn’t even working properly. I’ve waited 7 minutes and it’s saying 10 mins left. Also…20 mins browsing time once you get in!? Wtf!?

    They have the worst store website I've ever had the displeasure of seeing and I'm not just talking about the ridiculous queue (which is showing up as a 20-minute wait for me…).

    I used to shop at Popcultcha all the time but a year or two ago they updated the site and I haven't bought anything from it since. I've tried using it a few times since then but every time i just give up. It's just such an insane, annoying website. I'm on desktop and as you scroll around things are jumping up and down, scroll-down menus are popping up on hover but not closing, just way too many ridiculous flashy effects to slog through when all you're trying to do is scroll through toys and put things in your cart. Just insane.

      Agreed! The redesign has absolutely killed the site for me, it's a genuine pain to shop from them. The old one was fine, not sure why they changed it

      They got scammed or something. The "redesign" is a shambles.

      More than a year on, and there still isn't even a wishlist function. The old site had it. The old site was perfectly fine for customers.

          Just discovered that entering the code at the payment step instead of the cart will allow you to get free shipping if your total was over $100 before the discount, so my $90 cart after discount is eligible for free shipping. This site is a mess.

      Got it working in the end.
      When in cart, don't click to check out with the Paypal button, it will remove the free shipping once the "BUYHARD" code applied.
      Click the 'Checkout' and you can select Paypal after you enter your details and the code + free shipping works.
      Now to remember how to revoke my neg vote…

      They tend to be really slow in dispatching orders during busy periods, especially during sale/convention periods. Not really an excuse though, don't know why they operate with such a small workforce despite being as big as they are now.
