I got an email with the code after sign up. May be you need to wait for a few minutes to get the email or this deal has expired. I can still use the code.

From the front page, there was an link to join and make a new account. There was no banner or popup.
@Iluvfreebies-freeDel: Thank you it worked, what I finally did was joining on the Join link at the top of the main website https://www.bcf.com.au/account/register
Then a few minutes later received email with the code. It then work.
I joined and received the welcome email but it had no code and the CLUB20OFF code doesn’t work and when I went to website chat the customer service rep told me no further discounts on already reduced items (I am trying to buy $229 sundowner)
So can't use this code on clearance items?
