  I bought the toothbrush and it was rubbish. Stopped working after a few months. I expected more for this price. I really wanted it for the screen but that also was a pain to try navigate and was low quality.

      Bought two different models one from eBay, one from AliExpress. Both have stopped working properly. When the brush head is turned slightly, the brush head doesn’t vibrate/clean. Is this widespread issue? Originally has an Oclean Pro which succumbed to this issue after about 8 months. Then I got an Oclean F1 and it’s happened again.

        Yes it is a common issue. The engineers didn't calculate the angles of torque stall correctly. I think they also overpowered the galvometer to try squeeze past its nominal specifications, which resulted in short lifespan of the product, followed by complete malfunction. I just have to laugh at the company and it's poor quality and lack of engineering fundamentals.

      If the company had proper quality control and testing, along with sufficient engineers to begin with, many people wouldn't need to contact for warranty. That's why I shall remind you, in Australia, you are liable for warranty and you aren't tricking anyone by acting nice offering warranty when You Are Legally Required To.
