  • Does the afterpay option mean anything?

Can someone please enlighten me how a $1200 dryer becomes worthwhile compared to a $300 one? Looking at getting one ourselves but can't understand where the right balance is with dryers.

I have a normal dryer atm, the main 2 differences are much lower electricity usage. Also no moisture, so you can close the door while the dryer is running.

    • This one's more gentle compared to normal dryers so I can put most clothes into it, including ones marked do not tumble dry and never have issues.

    • I think it also comes down to how often you'd use it. We use our dryer maybe 5 times a year. So the cheapest inefficient one suits us well. The sun / washing line is free.

  • Thanks grabbed one!

  • Also much heavier - 50kg vs 20kg. You can't mount them on a wall like you can 'normal' dryers.

  • These are great. Have the previous model and the Bosch has been very very reliable.

  • Wanted to get this but only $600 on afterpay, anyway to go about it ?

    • I had the same limit on afterpay. Ended up buying $600-ish worth of Swap Celebration gift cards (3-5% discount depending on the amount) from Shopback, swap them for eBay gift cards.

You can enter the gift card codes in the checkout screen to bring the total down to below $600 before proceeding to checkout with Afterpay.

Though unless you really want to use up the $600 credit from Afterpay, you might be better off paying most of it with the discounted gift cards and paying the remaining with Afterpay.

      • Understand, thanks I might do that.

  • Thanks mate, very in time offer considering the shitty weather!
