Where can you enter the promo? Says I need to enter a payment agreement before I can see anything
On the very first page when clicking the link on this page it shows the plans and there's a big box just below them that says ENTER PROMO CODE.
Enter KAYLA30 and all the plans disappear and are replaced with FREE 12 month Sweat membership and then sign up and add a payment method. You won't be charged and you can cancel immediately after joining and retain the 12 months free.
I get to this stage, the new account gets created, but nothing else loads. The payment methods are still listed below, but greyed out.
Then when I log in with the account, it asks for payment methods again. If I try to apply the code Kayla30 it says it is invalid?
It took me automatically to the payment page too because the link provided has the code already entered (I realised because I clicked the x button and it showed different plan options) so I put my PayPal details in and got charged $0 :) The receipt I received from PayPal states when I'll be charged (next year) will put a note in my calendar to cancel next year! @xtngo: You can just cancel your membership right now on the site instead of waiting until next year and you will retain the 12 month membership, it just won't renew next year.

I got this error message as well but still got a notification email that my paypal auto payment had been set up with a next billing date in 12 months.
Going to https://app.sweat.com actually does let me log in with the email and password I set up so I guess it worked despite that error?
I tried logging in but it didn't work. If I get charged in 12 months I'm going to be annoyed 😬
Then cancel the approval in PayPal.
I got this message too but then I downloaded the app and logged in. Got a PayPal receipt stating $0 was charged and next billing date is next year

nothing is happening, tried on Chrome, firefox, when I hit create new account it's not doing anything…
Keep hitting create account, it eventually went through for me. I think the key to making this work is signing up through paypal. When I tried with my cc details it just says retry later.
Same thing happened for me. I got annoyed and spammed the create account button like 10 times and one of the attempts actually worked, letting me enter payment details.
After entering payment details I got the error "retry later" but it actually does look like it set up a recurring paypal payment and I can now log in.
