Suggestions Best Small Phones Nothing Too Old

Can anyone suggest a small phone? My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy s5 which was 142mm, i really cant handle much bigger then that. I want something thats going to last me a while too so something not too crapy or old, nothing more then 2 years old. Thanks!

S10e I feel even though it is 2 years is the best small phone out, if you can wait perhaps the Asus zenfone 8?

  • Would second the Zenfone 8 from what I've seen. Tempted to migrate to it soon from my iPhone 6s.

  • pixel's. same size more screen

Try using GSMarena phone finder - https://www.gsmarena.com/search.php3 and https://phonesized.com/

With GSMarena, you can specify the type of specs you want (including physical dimensions) and with phone sized, you can compare phones based on their size. If you are used to Android ecosystem, Samsung is probably best, but maybe good to try something new?

With Phonesized, you can compare the sizes. S10e (suggested above) is actually smaller than your current S5, but with smaller bezels and bigger screen

    Cheers

PS : Personally, I'd pick iPhone SE as the hardware / software has worked flawlessly for me, even after 4 years.

  • Pixel 5

  • iPhone 12 Mini as well, a bit pricy for your budget perhaps but it’s only 131.5mm x 64.2mm x 7.4mm.

You can usually price match them or use gift adds to get them under $1100.

  • More Importantly, what is your budget?

    What can you afford?

    • Will you be in fringe reception areas?

  • I like my Xiaomi mi 9 se

Also came here to suggest S10e, $499 at bigw

If you can stretch your budget, Pixel 5 is another great buy on discount, been ~$750 but sub $800 is good too

  • I have a Iphone SE2, great phone for the price, the camera is very good for a budget phone, and I'm a Pro Photographer and generally have a dislike for phone cameras as you might expect!. The only issue I have is as we all know the battery is rather limited!. I had the SE1 which I loved, but things move on!.

  • I went from S5 to S10e, totally satisfied with this phone and I'm not looking to swap it anytime soon. I also have an iPhone SE (2017) which I love for the size but I'm too invested in the Android ecosystem so the SE is my backup phone.
