Why does this mouse have holes in it?

    •

Speed holes, it makes the mouse go faster

      •

        Not wrong, to be honest.

It's meant to lighten the mouse weight, making it easier to move around.

Back in my day we used to add weights to gaming mice for greater precision. I think theres a bit of gimmick thing going both ways.

When they used teflon feet is probably when mice got the biggest gain in being easier to move around.

@Lost-Sons of dallas: I mean there's a lot of factors here: the game, the playstyle, sensitivity, DPI setting, polling rate, frame rate, game engine, refresh rate, system latency, the mouse pad, cord/feet drag, weight, weight distribution and sensor.

Back in the day you used to be able to spin the ball inside a mouse and there was basically no system latency due to analogue ports on both the mouse and the monitor, as well as incredibly low response times, monitors strobed and there was limited persistence.

It's an ever-changing environment that offers different solution sets for different issues.

    Any well priced CPU coolers?
I've got the 3600x. It has a stock AMD cooler that is very noisy and poop quality. 120mm I think.

My ram is like super close to the CPU, so not sure if the 39$ one advertised would fit or not.

    Help please.

Clearance should be fine unless you've got a particularly tight board. What board is it? Stock fan is 92mm

      •

        It probably is a 92mm.
I've got the most basic B550, I don't know the exact model number/manufacturer. It seems very small, the size of a mini mini build.

Are you able to upload an image of the board?

    BD17 isn't working for me.

    •

Likewise. I don't think all products qualify.
