How lightly toasted is your coffee 1 being very light and 5 being very dark

    And

    Is it 90+?

    • Hi Spennyrich,

Each bean has it's own roast profile - it is roughly outlined in the descriptions in the post.

Similarly, each bean/blend's cupping score is different, ranging from 86 to 92.

Great beans, first tried Grand'Cru at the end of last year and have been ordering ever since then.

Personal favs are the Deep South and Grandeur.

    • How long do you find they are still good to use after roasting? Seeing these ones were roasted on the 4/6/21…

Over a month, I ordered too much at the end of April and and I'm still going through the beans. Only just recently have I noticed that there's been a decrease in intensity but the flavour profile is still there.

For reference I keen the beans in the standard bag and in a drawer away from sunlight/heat.
