Also it's a Singapore model so comes with an adapter. Which means you also have to set the app to Singapore in order to connect.
Maybe your air is 001 air quality? Have you tried polluting your air to test?
You don't need the display to work, just check the filter from time to time.

I still haven't received my item.
When can I except delivery?
I had to threaten them with calling my credit card provider and requesting chargeback if they don't ship my item within 24 hours. Sure enough, they shipped it the next day.
Took 2 weeks total from ordering it to receiving it. I only messaged them, because I really needed it, and was willing to pay the extra $30 on Amazon, but get it in 2 days.
I purchased this product from these guys a few weeks ago. It's already having issues of only displaying 001 air quality with 0 fluxuatipn. It's a common problem and difficult to find solutions to unfortunately.
Currently doing some final days of testing before returning the product, which seems to be something most people with this issue have to do.
Other than that it seems to work well and I think it's purifying the air, but that's very difficult to measure, especially when the display is faulty.
