If you're looking for a beast of a saw at a great price this is it.

No bar and chain included just the power head for $1550 delivered. Multiple shipping options available from the looks but free available to my location.

Note that this is a professional saw not for beginners and not usually discounted this much as far as I'm aware.

  • No deal, sawwy.

  • I think it is more for a forest logger which cut tree more than meal, I don't see many use case domestically.

No, these are $2049 full RRP on special, with bar and chain, barcover, toolkit etc

    https://www.husqvarna.com/au/products/chainsaws/395-xp/96590…

Husky also do NOT like and do not allow chainsaws to be sent through transport, they insist that they are fueled up, test run, tune/adjusted and handed over to the customer with hands-on instructions, its part of the dealer agreement t&c. the chainsaw also comes with a free service and log book, not transferable non selling dealer would not be interested in doing this.

I have used this saw a lot, great but very heavy and limited use for 99% of the population

      Arborist?

        Firewood :-)

PS/ FYI Husky are just as good as Stihl, model for model some are even superior, sadly for Husky Stihl have all the premium cashed up dealers, better locations, and spend 20x more or marketing.

Husky are not so concerned, chainsaw is not as big as it use to be for them, they have a HUGE range of top notch outdoor gear for sale

    • Sorry @8200 I was just going off their rrp on website and didn't look elsewhere. Just knew it was a decent price at 1550

I’m running the 562xp with a 20" Tsumura bar and Carlton chains for seasonal fire wood work and would never go back to a standard chainsaw after owning a professional Husky.
In my books this is a good deal and worth it - not a fan of the Husqvarna bars and chains as they are two sort for hard wood cutting - so a power head is the best way to buy then deck it out with a good bar and chain.

Is this any good for keeping order in my pizza shop?

    • +2

Only if it's at the top of a fairly tall winding staircase

  • This or a $120 Gaintz (20" Oregon bar and chain included)?

    • Giantz not Gaintz

Grabbed one, thanks for the post OP. Will be great as a backup saw.

Note: I may have gotten the last one, it now has "Call for Availability" instead of a checkout button.
