For those looking for the smaller version, I was able to get the 1TB model from ebay, express delivered for $241 with ebay plus trial and the 22% discount code (which will be available at checkout for ebay plus member). https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/402452599164

    • Can we claim the Samsung rebate if we purchase from this seller?

      • +1

Doesn't look like it. It's same price as buying from Umart with the cash back but you get ebay plus protection and don't have to fill out a form.

  • Great price!

There is a local $44 rebate for this but buying overseas is still cheaper as far as I can tell.

yeah ok, screw australian warranty. screw cashback. This is the real bargain here. Someone should edit the title to reflect the new price. This has to be close to the all time low, and you dont need afterpay to get it.

edit: quick question. I used the report thing to bring to attention that the price has dropped even further so that the post can be edited. Is this ok? or is report only intended for when there are bad issues with the post? sorry if ive misused this feature

Nah that's fine, used the report feature for those kind of things (price drops etc.) myself a few times.

  • It's dropped a few times already during this prime sale. I'm hoping for sub $450

Price drop has been updated in title :D

nice, thanks op, such a great price, i had to jump. I wonder how low this baby can go. :)
Apparently we will be getting price increases on all SSDs / DRAM over the next few months, so maybe this will be in for the discounts for a while.
now i just need a big cheap M2 drive. Something around 8TB would be perfect. Couldnt care less if its SATA or NVME, i just want it to be around $800ish….so ill be waiting a long time

Have also been waiting a long time to finally get off spin drives for large storage at a reasonable price! One day soon hopefully!

  • Mine shipped today. Its showing as mid July delivery. Weird thing is its saying shipped by aus post. I thought expedited from US would have used a courier. Either way, just happy to be getting one at this price :)

  • Anyone received their order? Amazon said my package may be lost :(
